Our Processes

Our processes are designed to provide a clear outline of how tasks and decisions flow within the process. This helps NIToW and it’s partners understand the sequence of actions and the relationships between different steps.

01 - Resource Consent Application Reviews

The following visuals provide a high-level overview of the key stages of a consent application. The process determines whether NIToW can approve the application to continue through the consent process (with possible caveats), or whether the application requires a full Cultural Impact Assessment report before proceeding.
